RPM Supply – Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Free shipping is available on all orders over $160 CAD within Canada and the USA.
Shipping Rate Disclaimer In the rare event of a postage calculation error, RPM Supply reserves the right to contact the customer and request the difference before shipment, or offer a full refund if the customer does not wish to proceed.
Domestic Shipping — Canada We ship across Canada via Chit Chats. Estimated delivery is 2-7 business days once shipped.
USA Shipping We ship to all US states via Chit Chats / USPS. Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days once shipped. RPM Supply is not responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by US authorities.
United Kingdom We ship to the UK via Chit Chats. Estimated delivery is 10-21 business days once shipped. RPM Supply is not responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by UK authorities.
All Other International Orders We ship to select countries worldwide. If you are located outside Canada, the USA, or the UK please contact us at rpmsupply45s@gmail.com for a shipping quote before placing your order.
Packaging All 7" vinyl records are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery. We use reinforced mailers and protective sleeves on every order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments Once your order has been handed to the carrier RPM Supply cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please contact us at rpmsupply45s@gmail.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date if you have any concerns.
Order Tracking Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
